Escape the cold, the rain and the days that end at five in the afternoon — not just for a week, but for a month, three months, or the whole winter. On the Costa Blanca, our homes can be booked online from thirty nights up to two months, with a monthly rate applied automatically. For longer stays, we draw up a rental contract suited to the length of your stay.
Retired and free to choose your dates, self-employed or working remotely, recovering, or simply determined to spend the winter elsewhere: here you will find comfortable apartments and houses, managed locally and equipped to be lived in for several months. A complete home, ready to live in, hassle-free.

📝 Beyond two months: a rental contract
For a stay of more than two months, booking is not done online: we draw up a seasonal rental contract with you, in accordance with the Spanish urban tenancy law (LAU). In practice:
• Confirmation: payment of the first month confirms the booking.
• Following rent payments: each month is paid on the 15th for the following month.
• Inventory: carried out together on arrival and on departure.
• Water and electricity: not included in the rent.
• Rent: the monthly rate varies with the season and is shown on each home's page; for a stay of more than two months, it may be adjusted to the length of the contract.

🏡 Comfortable homes, designed for longer stays
On a long stay, the comfort of your home becomes especially important. We select homes equipped to be truly lived in for several months: complete, functional kitchens, quality bedding, enough storage to unpack your suitcases, reversible air conditioning for chilly January mornings, a washing machine, and outdoor spaces — terrace, solarium, garden — that can be enjoyed all winter in this climate.
Add to that something you cannot see in the photos: local management. Our team is based on the Costa Blanca, not on the other side of Europe. If the water heater plays up or you have a practical question, someone answers and someone comes round.
📶 Remote work and digital nomads: a reliable connection
Working remotely from Spain requires a connection that won't drop in the middle of a video call. All our homes have fibre-optic wifi, suitable for professional use: video calls, large file transfers, company VPN, and simultaneous streaming for the rest of the family.
In recent buildings, every bedroom is also fitted with an RJ45 Ethernet socket. A wired connection eliminates micro-outages and the variable latency of wifi, and lets you set up a proper workspace in a separate room. Let us know your needs when booking and we will point you to the right homes.
🌤️ The microclimate of the southern Costa Blanca
The southern Costa Blanca enjoys a renowned microclimate, sheltered from cold northerly winds by the inland mountains and tempered by the Mediterranean. It sees around 320 days of sunshine a year. In December and January, the quietest months, the average is still seven to eight hours of sunshine a day, and it generally rains only two to three days a month.
Temperatures follow the same pattern. In the depths of winter, daytime highs hover around 16 to 18 °C, with afternoons regularly topping 20 °C, and night-time lows rarely drop below 5 to 10 °C. In practice: you eat lunch outdoors in January, walk on the beach in a jumper and cycle all year round.
Compared with a Belgian, Dutch or British winter — eight hours of daylight, low skies and frequent rain — the contrast is in a different league.
🏖️ Easy everyday life, especially out of season
The coastline of the southern Costa Blanca strings together coves and beaches over some fifteen kilometres. Wherever you stay, a beach is just a few minutes away. Out of season they are almost deserted, and the traffic, heavy in August, flows freely again from October to May: finding a parking space outside a restaurant on a February lunchtime takes no effort at all.
The choice of restaurants remains wide all year round, from beachside chiringuitos to Spanish eateries inland, with a genuine international mix brought by the European communities who have settled here. You eat well everywhere, at prices that remain very reasonable compared with Northern Europe.
The neighbouring towns are genuinely alive all year: shops, markets, marina, concert halls, bars and lively terraces, even in midwinter. That is what sets the southern Costa Blanca apart from certain resorts that close their shutters in October.

⛳ Golf, padel and fitness all year round
• Several top golf clubs just minutes away, playable all year round in ideal conditions.
• A large number of padel courts, both indoor and outdoor.
• Modern gyms, spacious and up to date, with monthly memberships suited to a winter stay.
• Hiking, road cycling, swimming, sailing: winter puts nothing on hold.
❓ Frequently asked questions
What is the minimum length of a long stay?
Thirty consecutive nights, i.e. a full month. Below that, our standard seasonal rental rates apply, from eleven nights.
Does a stay from 1 to 30 April qualify for the monthly rate?
No. From 1 to 30 April you only spend 29 nights on site, one short of the required threshold. From 1 April to 1 May, however, that makes 30 nights and the monthly rate applies. It is the departure date that makes the difference.
Do I need to request the monthly rate?
No, it is applied automatically by our booking engine as soon as the stay reaches thirty nights. The price displayed is already the reduced price.
Is the monthly rent the same all year round?
No, the monthly rate varies with the season and is shown on each home's page. For a stay of more than two months, it may be adjusted to the length of the contract.
Can I book online for more than two months?
No: online booking is possible for up to 61 nights. Beyond that, the stay is covered by a seasonal rental contract in accordance with Spanish law. Contact us for more details.
How is a stay of more than two months paid?
Payment of the first month confirms the booking, then each month is paid on the 15th for the following month. Water and electricity are not included in the rent, and an inventory is carried out on arrival and on departure.
Is the internet connection suitable for remote work?
Yes. All our homes have fibre-optic wifi suitable for professional use, and recent buildings also offer an RJ45 Ethernet socket in every bedroom for a stable wired connection.
