We only collect the data needed to manage your enquiries and bookings:

3. Processors and recipients

We use the following service providers, who may process your data on our behalf:

Lodgify — booking engine, website and contact forms. Data hosted in the EU.

Chekin — automated transmission of guests' identity data to the Spanish authorities, in accordance with the applicable legal obligation. Data hosted in the EU.

Google Analytics (Google LLC) — website traffic analysis. Data may be processed in the United States. Google is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

4. Retention period

Your booking data is kept for the legal period applicable in Spain (generally 5 years for tax and accounting purposes). Identity data sent to the authorities is kept according to the periods required by tourist accommodation regulations. Data used for marketing purposes is kept until you withdraw your consent.
